Anita Ravishankar
Anita is an HR leader with more than a decade of experience in HR. She has excelled in partnering with businesses to create results through HR. She has expertise in all areas of Human Resource right from Talent Acquisition to employee lifecycle management to organizational design and has led all functions of HR ( Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering / HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Payroll, Learning and Development, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, HR Centre of Excellence). She has set up HR from Scratch for multiple Startups and also built capabilities to scale.
Her key contributions in the area of creating valuable impact and ROI in Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Employee engagement (Coaching, mentoring, risk analysis, HIPO analysis and engagement, Career Development, Leadership Development Programs, Behavioural Analysis, and Upscaling Programs, Feedback Management - 180 and 360 degree, FGDs and leadership connects), Exit management - attrition analysis and retention strategy, Performance Management System, Reward and Recognition, Rewards - Incentive and VP policy development has won her a Platinum Award of title “ Best Women HR professional” of the year 2020 by HR Association of India.
